Building plans with AutoDCR
Introduced ‘AutoDCR’software that allow architects checking status of the plans they make on the Ahmedabad Municipal Corporation (AMC) site. ‘AutoDCR’ also make procedure of single window. This can make approval of building could take only a couple minutes to be done. This software is so amazing and wonderful. The way it run and operates is so amaze. The first step it run, it will scans the layout map of building. Next step they will verifies the plan facing Gujarat development regulations. They also will suggest is it alright to be approved or not approved. This software will make architects can upload maps of layout building in e-governer site of Ahmedabad Municipal Corporation (AMC).
The software can be integrated with internet. One of the advantages being that if the AMC engineer schedules his visit on the software it automatically shoots off SMSes to the concerned architects intimating of the visit.
The software enables the architects to upload building layout maps on the e-governance website of the AMC. This would save time as it would reduce the number of visits to the AMC’s zonal office for approvals. Another aspect pointed out by AMC officials is that once the AMC engineer is armed with a PDA, measurements of layout plans on-site inspections would be quick and the concerned officer has to just load the data from his PDA to the AutoDCR.
The software has the capability of instantly interpreting the data and then graphically represents it on the screen.
